Who We Are
We help brands create podcasts that work: podcasts that find, engage and grow audiences. Our content strategists help clients design a show around an audience. Our producers create shows that earn attention. Our audience growth specialists spread the word. And our project leads keep us all on track.
Some of the brands we’re working with right now: We’re helping Amazon talk to aspiring small business owners; we’re helping Staffbase connect with communications professionals; we’re helping Genome BC spread the word about the power of genomics; we’re helping RBC inspire investment in Canada’s green economy and technology. We also love to delve into projects that stretch us creatively, like our recent project with Cirque du Soleil, or the narrative fiction series we created with The Chop Theatre.
We take an audience-first approach. We believe podcasts are a perfect medium for a brand to engage with a new or current audience. We collaborate with our clients to uncover who their podcast audience is, what they care about, and how a podcast can deliver value. We root our podcasts in this strategy to provide real value for both our clients and our listeners.
We’re a fully remote team that works with audio experts worldwide. At JAR, we’re proud of the team we’ve built. We have a culture that supports each member to speak up and keep us on our toes, challenging us to raise the bar higher each time.
